Terms and refunds

These terms apply to the MasterKey website, the MasterKey Hotel Investing Bootcamp, our memberships (The Lounge, The Penthouse and the Ambassador Suite) and MasterKey Matrix. By applying, paying or using them, you agree to these terms.

Education, not advice

Everything MasterKey offers is for education and information. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not an offer of any investment. Case studies are past results from specific deals; returns vary and losses happen. We do not promise any return. Make your own decisions and take professional advice where you need it.

Applications

Our programs are by application. We may accept or decline any application, and we do not have to give a reason.

Bootcamp fees

• Standard fee: US$2,999.
• Founding batch: US$1,499, while seats last (4 seats) and until 1 November 2026.
• Bringing your spouse: US$500 more.
• The fee includes the two-day program, one night of hotel accommodation, dinner on Day 2 and 12 months of MasterKey Matrix Pro. Travel and other costs are yours.
• Your seat is confirmed once we receive full payment.

Refunds and changes

• Not for you after Day 1? Tell us before Day 2 begins and we refund half of the fee you paid. No questions asked.
• Can’t attend? Tell us before the program starts and choose one: move to the next batch, transfer your seat to someone else, or a refund.
• If we cancel a program, we refund what you paid in full, or move you to the next batch if you prefer.
• We may change the venue, schedule or speakers if needed. We will tell you as early as we can.
• Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 30 days. Payment-provider fees may not be refundable.

Memberships

Membership fees, terms and renewal are confirmed in writing when you join. Member meetings and retreat details are shared with members only.

MasterKey Matrix

• Matrix Pro is a personal licence for one user. Do not share your login or resell access.
• Matrix figures are estimates based on what you enter. They are not a valuation report; banks, listed trusts and regulators require a licensed valuer.
• Matrix is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate but cannot promise it is free of errors.

Our content

The website, program materials, case studies and MasterKey Matrix are the property of MasterKey and protected by copyright. You may use them for your own learning. Do not copy, record, share or sell them without our written permission.

In the room

Members and speakers share real deals and numbers. Keep what is shared in private sessions confidential, and treat everyone with respect. We may remove anyone who does not, without a refund.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any investment decision you make or any loss that follows from it, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us for the program or membership concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction.
